Powerful Heating

It features a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is powered by an 11 kW heater and built-in convection fan. This makes the oven great for countless menus and food service operations.

Cooking Controls

This unit allows you to switch the built-in convection fan between 2 modes, cool and cook, and 2 speeds, high and low.
